The room was nice and tidy, the breakfast was nice, had the basics and a bit extra. A really important thing, it starts at 6 so if you start early you will have a chance to the eat a nice breakfast. the restaurant was nice the food was really good and plenty. could not eat the whole plate.

Friendly reception upon arrival and departure. Paid parking in secure parking garage under the hotel. Loved the quiet location in close vicinity to Rotterdam.

Our room was super spacious with 4 windows, two of them were facing the canal, the view was very nice. You could make tea or coffee in your room, You also have table, chairs, sofa, fresh towels, comfortable bed. Parking is available at the hotel for small price, and if you do not want to pay additionally, you could easily park around the corner at Sportcentrum - plenty of space there free of charge.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, very clean and the suite bedrooms are lovely. The dining and bar area is beautiful and well set out. The choice of evening meals is good and the food was excellent could not fault it.

It was a comfortable room with a big bathtub and a comfy bed. The staff members were very polite and friendly. There is a locked parking available for hotel guests. There is a restaurant, but we didn't visit. Overall recommended.

The staff were excellent: professional, friendly and very helpful. They went beyond normal duties, helping me with some emergency printing too. From the outside the hotel looks like an ugly concrete block. I think our rooms (5th floor) must have been newly renovated as they were extremely clean and extremely modern.

The hotel is clean, in a good location, and friendly staff. It has a restaurant that I, unfortunately, didn't get to try, as I was coming and going either too early or too late, but it's convenient. Very easy check in as well.

Staff were friendly, the Room itself was really spacious and offered everything someone might need. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonably decent price. Breakfast that was included with the room was also pretty good, with enough options to cater to pretty much all tastes.

Spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food served at the event dinner on the first evening was delicious.

Staff was great, room was nice and had hard wood floors, which were great for our dogs. They gave a little dog kit when we checked in with a tennis ball that was very nice for our dogs. The room is clean and spacious and we loved the big tub. The staff is kind and friendly. Checking was easy.
